Europe produces world-class engineering and founder talent. But European pre-seed and seed founders are chronically underrepresented in Bay Area VC portfolios — not because the quality isn't there, but because the relationship infrastructure doesn't exist yet. Germany is OpenAI's largest EU market. Anthropic and Databricks have engineering hubs in Munich. The raw talent is there. The gap is access. We are closing it.
